Young & Empowered Women (Y&E) Welcomes Largest Membership Cohort: A Milestone for Leadership and Empowerment

Phoenix, AZ – Young & Empowered Women (Y&E) is proud to announce the induction of its largest cohort to date. Cohort 9 welcomes 33 dynamic members, each passionate about advancing their careers, contributing to the community, and championing women’s rights and empowerment. This exciting milestone reflects Y&E’s continued growth and commitment to fostering leadership without limits.

With over 200 members across Maricopa County, Y&E continues to provide professional development opportunities for women across diverse sectors. Y&E's programming, available both in-person and virtually, focuses on essential career skills such as salary negotiations, career transitions, imposter syndrome, entrepreneurship, and more. Each session is designed to build skills, confidence, and connections, while showcasing personal and professional achievements through member spotlights.
