Young & Empowered Women Welcomes Two New Board Members
(Phoenix,AZ – July 24, 2024) Young & Empowered Women (Y&E) is thrilled to announce the addition of two accomplished professionals, Heather Kivatinos, MBA, and Ashley Kelly, to its Board of Directors. Their extensive experience and dedication to community service will be invaluable assets to our mission of empowering rising female leaders through professional development, mentorship, and networking.

Heather Kivatinos, MBA is the director of sales and media operations for Arizona PBS. With a career marked by multimillion-dollar revenue growth in marketing, advertising, and technology sectors, Heather brings a wealth of expertise in sales leadership and relationship management. Heather excels at building high-performing, customer-centric teams and driving innovation. She is a proud member of the Greater Phoenix Chamber Athena Award Selection Committee and graduate of Valley Leadership 39, actively serving on the Valley Leadership Impact team with a focus on early childhood literacy.
Ashley Kelly is the vice president and senior business consultant for JPMorgan Chase & Co., with two decades of experience in business and commercial banking. She is dedicated to supporting minority, women, and veteran owned businesses, helping to advance racial equity by providing these businesses with essential tools and resources. Ashley is an instrumental component of JPMorgan Chase’s DEI programs and women’s leadership committees. She serves on the boards of the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the YWCA, and co-chairs the gala committee for Valleylife.
