At Young & Empowered Women, we deeply believe that mentorship is a powerful tool to create economic empowerment, social mobility and reduce income inequality for women, especially women of color. The Y&E Mentor Program brought to you by OneAZ Credit Union helps members discover new opportunities, cultivate confidence and support their personal and professional development. Through an extensive network of experienced female executives, Y&E provides personalized guidance and support to empower members on their career journeys.

To ensure you get the most out of your Y&E membership, each incoming cohort member is paired with a member of a previous cohort to help you navigate access to all the wonderful Y&E resources available to you!

In 2024, Young & Empowered Women was awarded the OneAZ Community Foundation Legacy Grant to expand our capacity to deliver mentorship and networking opportunities, serving more women with meaningful experiences that will motivate young leaders to strive for what’s next. Young & Empowered Women has already built substantial momentum and this grant will provide even more opportunities to engage rising leaders and mentors across Arizona.
